Denver is primed to be one of the top cities for growth in STEM-based industries and needs a skilled workforce to meet the demand.

HTHH is helping prepare this workforce by supporting organizations that encourage young women and girls to persist and succeed in STEM.

HTHH-Colorado is working to achieve equitable representation for women in the STEM workforce.

We are one of the newest chapters of High-Tech High Heels, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women working and persisting in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers.

Our mission is to provide financial support to organizations in Colorado that are improving STEM education and providing engaging and inspiring STEM experiences for young women and girls.

We look forward to a time when we see more qualified and diverse women – like our founders – in STEM fields.
